Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and unboxing video is required to process a return or refund request.

Return Process & Refund Timeline

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Non-Refundable Items

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Certain items such as gift cards, clearance items, and personalized products are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved for a non-refundable item, it will be processed as store credit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
